the onboard software for the monitoring appliance we recently bought is good for up to 250 monitors...nevertheless, as we are configuring the appliance, the software was shown as freeware version (8.0.10)...meaning that we can only add up to 10 monitors..

can you please advise us why this thing is happening? it is really really urgent as we are configuring the appliance right now...is there something wrong with installing the license? please, please advise!! thanks!!

The license key has been resent to your mail account. Kindly make sure to whitelist our domain on your mail servers to avoid it getting blocked by spam filters

thanks! we received it 3 hours after it was sent by ServersCheck...maybe this is due to some network problems we were experiencing here in the office earlier this day..
