I have just purchased the Appliance and I'm hoping to upgrade the software to the latest version. When I run the "check for updates" option it tells me that the upgrade is a major upgrade and has to be done manually. Is there a guide document on how to upgrade the software version?

A license key for the latest release is always sent per email to the purchaser's email address.
