Dear Support,

I would like to post an error that we encountered in one of our Flooding Sensor.

The error is Check Failed : Time Out after 60 seconds.

We able to ping the TIBBO Device.

Please see the attached screen shots for more details of error.

Screen shots are missing

Make sure you are running 8.2.4

As per release notes there was an issue of time out after 60 seconds in 8.2.3

In you aren't running 8.2.3 then run the sensor check in debug mode as per knowledge base article.

Dear Admin,

The latest software version available in the website is 8.2.3
I have checked it a minute back.

I am also having the same issue. But I am using 8.0.4 version
