Remote sites are either mounted on poles or concrete bases. Due to weather and other conditions, the physical integrity of a structure may be compromised. That's where the inclination sensor comes into play.
The inclination sensor monitors the stability of the structure. It digitally monitors the banking angle. It will trigger an alert as soon as the pole or foundation is no longer level and has crossed a maximum banking angle tolerance.
Using the built-in PING check, the base unit will monitor if the backend network is still available. When connected with the expansion hub (SensorHub) then it can automatically power cycle the network router or switch.
Temperature & Humidity sensors monitor that your network equipment is running within amanufacturers limits in order to maximize uptime and avoid early failure due to equipment stress. Overheating equipment can also be detected in closed enclosures.
The Multi-Sensor & Hub was designed with the specific requirements of the Singaporean Government in mind. Unlike tradition sensors, ServersCheck uses a light (LUX) sensor to measure luminosity level. As door contact sensors can be easily tricked, the light sensor records the actual light level.
The device also features a motion and CO sensor. The built-in shock sensor will trigger alerts based on vibrations whereas the sound sensor does it based on set sound levels.
Water is the enemy of electricity. Enclosures are typically made water proof but due to weather water may find its way into the cabinets. The leak sensor by ServersCheck is a 6m water leak sensitive cable so that it can detect water intrusion anywhere in the enclosure.

Smart City / Nations sensors do connect to distributed hubs that provide the wireless network connectivity for them and send the data to the network back bone.
The hubs are monitored using the ServersCheck sensors. They just no monitor the hub but also have buit-in corrective actions to automatically solve issues.
ServersCheck's special projects team can create custom sensors combining multiple sensors into one device. An example of such a customisation is our Multi-Sensor & Hub. This was created for the Singaporean Government as part of their Smart Nation's project.
