The support forum is an online forum monitored by our support engineers. The moderated forum is open for all users: if you are trying out our products, if you do not have a support agreement or if you just want to exchange ideas with other users.

Commercial support from ServersCheck

As of July 15th 2010, ServersCheck has launched a new system for generating license keys. Latest version of the software can be obtained through your personal order page provided your purchase is still covered by an active support agreement. If you purchased through a reseller, then you need to contact your reseller for a new license key. He can obtain the license key for you from his order page.
Support instructions are included in the email with your license file. Commercial support is only available to customers having purchased a product with a commercial support agreement. It is not available separately.
