Regardless of the vendor, sensors do drift
over time due to several phyiscal factors.
When used indoor it is recommended to check the accuracy of your sensors at least once a year. For outdoor use, it is recommended to check them every 6 months.
Our in-house lab is fully equipped to test the accuracy of your IP-based temperature & humidity sensors with measurements traceable to NIST. Customers requiring a calibration certificate for auditing purposes can get such a certificate from our lab.
Our in-house lab issues a unique calibration certificate per sensor it tests. We do strictly follow the ISO 17025 standards when testig your sensors.
We verify if your sensors are within tolerance for the different test points. Certificates include the calibration equipment used with serial numbers. The calculated uncertainty, calibration date and due date.
Our lab tests temperature sensors against 3 temperature reference points. 0°C, 20°C and 50°C. Test are done in an environmental chamber. Measurements are compared against a calibrated NIST traceable temperature sensor.
We check your sensor against 3 humidity points (35%, 50% and 70%). Tests are performed using a calibrated and NIST traceable reference humidity sensor.
